All You Really Need in Your Diet; Only Shake You Need For the Day!

Check out Kale and Spinach –

Everything below that is really already covered in those two, even what fruits have to offer (minus all the sugar).  Just don’t eat too much raw kale (can cause issues for people with thyroid problems).  So it’s good to mix Spinach along with the kale.  Now if you do want fruits, things like dark berries can be good.  Fruit juices are just bad, even the 100% fruit ones.  Better to drink nothing but water and maybe some tea.

Along with those vegetables here is basically everything else you really need to stay healthy – yogurt, nuts, beans (research the best beans) dairy, lean meat.  Also for quality protein and amino acids I recommend a daily shake of Optimum Nutrition’s Gold Standard Whey.

A blender is great for people like me who don’t like vegetables.  Put in a scoop of the protein, some kale or spinach (carrots would be third on the list if you don’t eat kale), some yogurt, some peanut butter, then milk or water and you have about the healthiest thing you could possibly consume.  You can also add some blueberries or even chocolate for the taste; but I find the peanut butter and flavored protein is plenty to chug it down each morning.

That’s meal #1 of the day out of 3 (plus 2 snacks to equal 5; for small snacks in between break/lunch and lunch/dinner eat a protein bar, or any of the other things listed above in small portions).  And for lunch and dinner just use common sense for portion size and lean meats.  And feel free to even add fast food or going out to eat not worrying too much a few meals a week for the taste buds!

Best shake I can imagine, and best way to start your day.  Stay away from the American traditional breakfast full of bad stuff!


How to Become a True Christian! What it Really Means to “Repent” (20 min video)

It’s hard for me to talk to people socially at all so it troubles me when I find it very hard to talk to people about Christ, so I pray many here will take the time to watch this. Most churches want you to think as long as you are a good person and go to church you will be saved and do not talk about sin and repentance.  Many claim to be Christians will one day realize they never were, you must receive the Spirit of God and Him dwell in you.  Examine yourselves, this is an eternal life or death situation.

Luke 13:3-5 (Says it twice which mean’s it’s very important according to scholars) – “I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. Or do you suppose that those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them were worse culprits than all the men who live in Jerusalem? I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.”

It takes more than just believing and being a “good” person!  The Bible says that even the demons belief, and that NO MAN is fully “good” and without sin.  We can’t earn our way into Heaven.  You must “repent” (changing/renewing your mind towards God and stop rebelling.) (It get’s deeper than that with more verses and very well laid out, please give this short 20 min video a chance at least to know what the Bible clearly says on the issue!) –

This is a GREAT video and worth watching every second.  It logically explains issues with Masonry, One World Order, The Illuminati, False Christs, New Age Spirituality, etc..

I highly recommend this, the research is well done and after watching I felt a comfort of knowing the truth on all these issues and what is really going on in the world.  It shows how all of these influencial people and societies believe that God held Adam and Eve captive in the Garden of Eden and Lucifer is the one who saved us and we should worship.  It’s amazing to see how many people follow these beliefs.

It’s sad the History Channel has gone from teaching truth to “teaching” what people want to hear or falsely fascinate them in the name of entertainment.  Reminds me of that Mermaid program on Discoveries Animal Planet show. I believed in the Ancient Alien theories until I saw this video and looked at the sources.  Sadly I cannot trust many programs on the History or Discovery Channels anymore as they have moved from truth that might not be as interesting as Aliens and Mermaids being around to giving “fast food” type entertainment.  I though find the truth shown here even more interesting than the false theories, it is fascinating to see how humans long ago figured out how to create these great feats with the very little they had at times to work with.  But like the author of this series says, don’t believe anything he or anyone says before finding the sources on your own.  It’s way too easy to try and throw in lies to make what you want to believe or make other believe true.

I realized that I’ve been going through bad mental withdrawal even chain vaping with 24mg nicotine. I have given in a few times (2 cigs in 3 weeks) and the relief was incredible and I realized there must be other things I’m w/ding from so I googled some today. I mean 600 additives that haven’t been tested and aren’t put on the box and they want e-cig dealers to pay thousands to test out juices and new mods with stupid regulations that the Tobacco industry doesn’t have to? This is ridiculous, I’m starting to wonder if nicotine is anymore addictive than caffeine (on it’s own, it seems below that they convert the nicotine into freebase which might be a reason. But 600 chemicals??? Why??? The stuff has nicotine in it already and smokes great soon off the plant with zero additives!)

Please give your opinions and experiences and read the 2 articles below. I’m really upset that I’ve been deceived for so long. I knew cig’s were addictive, but I wasn’t aware of the horrible 2-3 month w/d that vaping nicotine won’t even help. And 600 chemicals that haven’t been tested and the FDA is going to make e-juice vendors pay thousands to test each flavor and e-cig device (which almost all won’t be able to afford) when it’s only a flavor, nicotine, and VG/PG??? How many chemicals am I w/ding from right now from tobacco out of the 600 additives??!! Even on Diet drinks they put that warning it contains that phen something chemical when cigarettes only mention nicotine, only 1 of the 600 and they haven’t even been tested!
